The first function is for us to perform a Comparative Market Analysis of your property using municipal, deeds office and in house data to scientifically value your asset to find the magic price that a willing buyer will pay .

We then load your listing information and photographs of your property onto our in house computer system which will immediately inform our sales staff as well as any potential buyer who has loaded his profile onto this web site that your property is now for sale.

The internet web sites (we have 15 of them) will bring in 75% of our buyers, the rest come from for sale boards, adverts, our referral base, and most importantly our client contact database, this is a huge data base of all our clients and contacts who we remain in contact with on a regular basis via the services of our customer referral Manager.

Landlord Services

Proprop Pinetown has recently increased our Rental Properties and Administration and our intention is to grow this business.   We offer a Residential Rental service to Landlords who wish to rent out their properties in the Durban, Berea, Westville, Queensburgh, New Germany, Pinetown, Pinetown suburbs, and Kloof.  

ONCE OFF SERVICE

We offer a once-off Service where we will view the property and complete an inspection report.   Advertise in all relevant newspapers and on our website in order to secure a suitable candidate and we perform all the necessary credit checks and reference checks.
We will complete the necessary agreements, collection of the deposit and first month rentals from then all collections become the Landlord's responsibility.

A once-off fee will be levied for this service.

ADMINISTRATION SERVICE

We also provide a full Administration services.   Once we have secured a suitable tenant will attend to the rental collections from the tenant and pay rates and levies or any other service required from the months rental collected and pay the Landlord.
We carry out Inspections at regular intervals during the course of the Lease agreement as well as keeping the Landlord and Tenant informed.
We are members of the TPN System which links us direct to the Credit Bureau.

An administration fee is levied for this service.
